The Fox River Cleanup Project is being conducted by the Lower Fox River Remediation LLC, an entity created by Appleton Papers Inc. and NCR Corporation.  Georgia-Pacific is assisting with funding. 

Tetra Tech E.C. is the prime contractor for the cleanup effort.  Subcontractors include Boskalis Dolman / Stuyvesant Dredging and J.F Brennan.
