The Fox River Cleanup Project is being conducted by the Lower Fox River Remediation LLC, an entity created by Appleton Papers Inc. and NCR Corporation.  

Tetra Tech E.C. is the prime contractor for the cleanup effort.  Subcontractors include J.F Brennan and Boskalis Dolman / Stuyvesant Projects Realization Inc.
